Capital City Technologies believes that quality is not an appendage to our work but rather must be integrated into every hour of service provided to our clients.
Whether for our overall contract or a specific task order, quality and customer satisfaction begins with ensuring that a common expectation exists as to what is to be achieved. To this end, we recommend beginning each project with an outline of the deliverables to be produced. This allows our client to review our understanding of the work products and to address any misunderstandings before the work begins.
Throughout the effort, deliberate check-points are established for our client to review the progress made to-date and to ensure that the effort continues to reflect their expectations.
When appropriate, external personnel from either within our Company or from an outside organization can be brought in for periodic reviews of large efforts. Their assessment is provided to both Capital City Technologies project management as well as our client’s project management.
